While Jan Somers book goes into the "real nuts and bolts" of real estate Investment of this book covers some more elaborate and interesting strategies.
Go For Your Life – Chris Gray
It is a book very underestimated not receiving nearly as many accolades as she deserved. It is essentially a combination these two books well invested. It shows how Chris slowly bought 6 investment properties he now owns.
You could say "6 property – not enough to write a book! "But it's the exact reason why there is such a great book. It explains how you do not need to own 100 houses to be a successful real estate investor and enjoy the luxuries of life. By owning a handful of properties he was able to obtain lifestyle dream.
